At Inovia, we offer expert vascular diagnostic services on site. This is very helpful when evaluating patients with vein and leg swelling issues such as blood clots in the legs, but also for looking at arteries as well. Our noninvasive vascular laboratory is a specially designed facility that has both equipment and personnel to diagnose problems of the vascular system in a manner that is safe, pain-free and accurate.

Our on-site, state-of-the-art vascular lab and highly trained surgeons are dedicated to your vein health. Request a consultation with one of our specialists, or call us at (541) 382-8346 to make an appointment.
In our laboratories, tests are performed by American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) registered technologists whose only responsibility is to perform these studies. These technologists have achieved the highly-regarded status of RVT (Registered Vascular Technologist) by completing extra courses and passing a very difficult examination. They are certified by a national accrediting organization, ARDMS, whose standards are exceptionally high.
ACR – American College or Radiology – Accredited Facility
These personnel specialize in vascular disease, limiting their focus to ultrasound examinations of the vascular system ONLY. Because these technologists focus solely on diseases of the arteries and veins, their fund of knowledge regarding vascular disease is, both by training and experience, very comprehensive. The tests performed in the laboratory include those to evaluate veins for blood clots or swelling and for causes of varicose veins, as well as to evaluate for disease in the carotid arteries for stroke risk, circulation in the legs, abdominal aorta for aneurysm, or causes of hypertension (high blood pressure). Our lab is accredited by the American College of Radiology (ACR). The ACR sets nationally recognized standards for quality and safety in diagnostic imaging.
Patients may also schedule a vascular screening to check for potential problems. Screenings are offered for stroke (carotid artery), aortic aneurysm and leg pain. Please call for pricing. The screening results will be immediately available with a profile sent to the patient’s primary care physician.
